China Whey Weekly: Prices plunge 50% in six months (week ended Jul 6, 2015)
A weak global dairy market, in conjunction with abundant availability, dragged down the prices of US whey prices. China whey prices have dropped 18% since early January, averaging RMB5,243/tonne.
