On June 29, Henan Goose Group and Taiwan Goose Association signed an agreement in a ceremony in Zhengzhou.Under the RMB2 billion agreement, both sides will collaborate in areas such as geese breeding, hatching, slaughtering, goose furprocessing, and poultry meat processing.

Henan Goose Group is the first enterprise in Henan province to set up subsidiary in Taiwan, and the Taiwan Goose Association will be supplyingraw materials to Henan Goose Group for further processing in Taiwan.

In addition,Taiwan Goose Association will be providing both capital and technical training to set up three standard geese breeding farms, each around 666 hectares in size, in Zhengzhou, Xinxiang and Xinyang.

Once the project is in full operation, its annual net profit is estimated to beRMB800 million.
