Russia allows meat from Sweden

Russia has lifted the import ban on meat and meat products from Sweden effective July 1.

The decision means Russia will permit imports of all types of poultry, live domestic fowls, bird feed, and poultry products from Oestergoetland and Dalarna counties. It will also lift the ban on imports of raw meat for producing feed for nonproductive animals, cattle sperm and embryos, and breeding cattle.
