CPhI China Exhibition 2011 officially opens at Shanghai

CPhI China Exhibition 2011 officiated its grand opening at Shanghai New International Expo Centre on June 21, 2011.

Largest in the history of CPhI exhibitions, the 11th international pharmaceutical exhibition attracted over 2,200 enterprises from more than 20 countries and regions, including active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturers such as North China Pharmaceutical, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, Jiangshan Pharmaceutical, Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical and Zhejiang Hangzhou Xinfu Pharmaceutical.

The exhibition also presented a forum, technical seminars and other special events, discussing topics such as the current situation of the pharmaceutical industry, policy trends, future developments, and the latest trends of China and global pharmaceutical market.

Together with ICSE China 2011, P-MEC China 2011 and LABWorldChina 2011, which are also held during the same period, the exhibition provides a comprehensive one-stop trading platform for the pharmaceutical industry.

The three day event was visited by about 30,000 domestic and foreign visitors.
