Danisco 2008-09 revenue up six percent
Danisco has posted a revenue of DKK13 billion, up six percent from last year.
EBIT before share-based payments and special items reached DKK1.248 billion, and group profit for the period amounted to DKK72 million.
Full-year organic growth reached four percent, and strong growth was registered for all segments at the start of the year except for Sweeteners, while the latter part of the year was affected by the economic slowdown.
Danisco recognised the currently high levels of economic and financial uncertainty, but expect organic revenue growth of three to four percent, EBIT of around DKK1.3 billion, and group profit for the year of around DKK650 million.
