China Adds Another New Lysine Production Plant in Henan Province

Construction of another new lysine plant in China has been completed recently. The Nanyang Pukang Group Chemical Pharmaceutical Company Limited has announced the startup of its lysine production plant in Henan province. Currently in its trial production phase, the plant is expected to produce 6000 tons of 98.5% lysine annually.

Located in the historical and cultural ccity of Nanyang, the Nanyang Pukang Group Chemical Pharmaceutical Company Limited is a large-scale state owned, modern pharmaceutical enterprise employing more than 3,000 people, including 880 technical professionals. Occupying an area of 186,000 square metres, it boasts RMB480 million worth of fixed assets and an annual output value of RMB800 million.

The company's operations include six production lines for antibiotics, and two production lines for pharmaceutical extracts, both of which are also its main products.
