Novus International appoints new executive VP for marketing and sales

Novus International Inc., a US-based animal health and nutrition company, has promoted Dr. Giovanni Gasperoni from Vice President to Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales.

Novus has been very successful in expanding it value-added solutions and has evolved into an organization with multiple product lines, stated Thad Simons, President and Chief Executive Officer, Novus International Inc.

Continuing this momentum would require executive leadership with a deep understanding of the business needs of the company's customers and a limitless commitment to innovation, he added.

Dr. Gasperoni, with a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Bologna, has led the evolution of the Novus product portfolio from animal dietary supplements to complete animal health programmes.

Novus was able to develop over 70 new products in recent years, such as amino acids, trace minerals, and early nutrition for poultry, swine, ruminant, aquaculture, and pets.
