Agria Group Holding buys two Bulgaria agricultural firms

Agria Group Holding has signed a first contract for the purchase of two local agricultural firms situated in Bulgaria's northeastern part.

The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. The purchase of the businesses is part of the group's investment programme that aims at increasing the assets and boosting exports.

The deals are expected to be wrapped up till the end of the year. Agria Group Holding specialises in the sphere of agriculture, storage and processing of grain, renewable energy.
