China Exported 358,111 MT Corns in May

According to China's General Administration of Customs, China exported a total of 358,111 metric tons of corns in May 2004, registering a year-on-year drop of 8.6%.

From January to May 2004, China's accumulative corn exports totaled 1,464,509 tons, the Customs data shows.  Of the total exports, 185,889 tons were to Japan, 18,970 tons to Malaysia, 152,358 tons to South Korea and 893 tons to Russia.
