Alltech appoints new technical product manager in Asia

Alltech is pleased to announce the appointment of Chen Hsin-Yi as Technical Product Manager for Mycosorb for the Asia-Pacific region.

Chen Hsin-Yi graduated with a M.S. in Animal Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, US, and gained a doctoral degree (major in swine nutrition) from the same university in 1998 where she specialised in the "Effects of excess protein on performance and metabolism of finishing pigs".

Since graduation, Hsin-Yi has gained extensive experience in the feed additive industry in several countries. She has worked as Assistant Vice President for Great Wall in China responsible for R&D and quality control for ingredients as well as finished products; Product Development Manager for Kemira in Finland responsible for development of feed acidifiers; R&D Project Manager for Finnfeeds International in the UK; and Nonruminant Research Nutritionist for ContiGroup Companies in the US.

Based in Stamford, UK, Hsin-Yi will be responsible for providing technical support for the Asia-Pacific region.
