Japan buys 48,500 tonnes of wheat via tender

 

 

Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has bought 48,500 tonnes of wheat from US and Canada in a tender concluded Thursday (June 21), an agriculture ministry official said.

 

The US wheat is scheduled to arrive between July 26 and August 26, while Canadian wheat is expected to arrive from August 1 to 31.
