Yurun Food Group to put up meat processing complex

China Yurun Food Group Ltd made a deal with the municipal government of Hainan's Danzhou City to establish a 20,000-tonne meat processing plant in the city, according to local reports.

The project will receive a total investment of RMB600 million (US$94.33 million).

After completion, the Chinese meat supplier, will generate RMB1.7 billion (US$0.27 billion) in sales revenue and RMB240 million (US$37.73 million) in pre-tax profit per year.
