Avitech selects sister organisation for Harvard University case study

India-based Avitech Animal Health recently selected its sister organisation Kegg Farms as a case study for Harvard University in the US.

Specialising in coloured backyard poultry, Kegg Farms was chosen as a case study to illustrate:

• How Indian companies innovate to survive and prosper by identifying niches that exist in the market
   
• How distribution may be structured to supply perishable young chicks to cover even the remotest parts of a country such as India
   
• The ability of Kegg Farms to serve both business as well as social causes
