New general manager appointed at SCA NuTec

Mark Cole has replaced Tony Drake as general manager of specialist animal nutrition and health company SCA NuTec NuTec).

 

A graduate and post-graduate of the University of Leeds, Dr Cole joined SCA NuTec in 1994 as Product Manager. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2000.

 

SCA NuTec is a division of Provimi Holdings BV with well-established markets in the UK and overseas. SCA pig creeps are market leaders in the UK and abroad. The company also has leading specialist products in the ruminant, poultry and pet sectors, marketed under the SCA or NuTec brand.

 

Supported by the Provimi global research programme and its own research work in the UK, Spain and Germany, SCA NuTec is committed to providing high quality technical support and products to livestock producers.

 

In his new role, Dr Cole will have overall responsibility for all activities operating from the UK. He will be based at the SCA NuTec Dalton site in North Yorkshire but will continue to travel extensively to other SCA NuTec sites and within the company's key markets.

 

Dr Drake is moving within the Provimi group to take up new responsibilities in the region of central Europe.
