Chile to promote domestic meat in the US
Chilean trade commission ProChile has launched a campaign to introduce the country's food products, including red meat and poultry, to US food trade.
Chilean food would be introduced through a series of food tasting, educational seminars, restaurant promotions and cooking demonstrations.
Chile is a fast-growing food exporter, currently ranked 17th on the list of leading food-exporting countries. Chile supplies fresh and processed foods to more than 150 countries worldwide.
