AB Agri Ltd agrees to acquire Nutrition Trading

AB Agri Ltd, the Agriculture Group of Associated British Foods plc, has entered into an agreement to acquire Nutrition Trading Limited, the specialist supplier of protected fat products into the dairy sector.

Nutrition trading has, over the past 20 years, built up a leading position in the development and supply of protected fat products into key dairy farming markets across the world.

David Yiend, AB Agri's chief executive said, "We have enjoyed a successful trading relationship with Nutrition Trading over many years and we believe that their knowledge and expertise in their specialist area will help us further develop our range of high quality nutrition solutions for the dairy sector."
