Fishmeal demand continued to rise steadily with aquaculture production climbing toward its yearly peak in summer. Traders lifted prices as supply tightened while the import cost of Peruvian fishmeal increased. Port inventories of fishmeal in China decreased from 210,000 tonnes to 187,000 tonnes over the week in review.
