Evialis acquires Cargill's feed part in Brazil

Evialis acquired Cargill Animal Nutrition's business in Brazil, including the entire Purina brand range.

The acquisition is in line with Evialis' push for international expansion in target markets.

The French company said annual revenue is seen to more than double at around EUR130 million (US$202 million).
