Argentina's 2005/06 wheat sales unchanged

 

 

Argentina's 2005/06 wheat exports remained unchanged this week almost a month after the government pressured exporters to stop selling wheat.

 

As of Jun 16, export sales totalled 7.015 million tonnes of 2005/06 wheat, the Agriculture Secretariat reported Friday. By this time last year, Argentina had sold 8.95 million tonnes of 2004/05 wheat.

 

The Secretariat provided the following information for 2004/05 in tonnes by destination.
