Live hogs in northern Vietnam is transported to southern region (week ended May 30, 2014)
The price of live hog over 80kg hit VND 55,500 (US$ 2.62) per kilogramme this week, the highest price in two years. After many years of losses due to low price of live hog, many farmers had to end their business or reduce production.
