Zhengbang Tech to put up six-million pig plant in five years

In five years, Jiangxi Zhengbang Technology Co., Ltd. would realise its strategic planning of six million-pig industrial project in the province of Heilongjiang.

In order to raise money for the project, Zhengbang Technology signed strategic cooperation agreement with Heilongjiang Beidahuang Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd. on June 13.

The company wants to work with Beidahuang Investment Guarantee so as to jointly establish breeding industrial fund. The two sides expect that money raised by the fund will be around RMB1 billion (US$0.16 billion). Zhengbang Technology and Beidahuang Investment Guarantee will separately inject RMB100 million (US$16 million) into the fund as principal sponsors, each holding 10% of the stakes.
