Meadow Gold Dairy receives US$7.95 million military contract

Meadow Gold Dairy in Honolulu has received a three-year, US$7.95 million fixed-price contract to supply market-ready milk and dairy products for military installations in Hawaii and other locations on the Mainland.
This is according to the Department of Defence on Tuesday (Jun 4).
Under the contract, Meadow Gold, a subsidiary of Texas-based Dean Foods Co., will provide the products to the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
The contract, which runs through June 11, 2016, was awarded by the Defence Logistics Agency Troop Support in Philadelphia.
