India's Shanthi poultry feed company branches into cattle feed

Indian company Shanthi Poultry Farm Limited has started the selling of its cattle feed in the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Shanthi, a poultry feed producer with a 240,000-tonne production a year, decide to branch into cattle feed production to expand its business.

Managing Director, R. Lakshmanan, said that the company plans to sell 1,500 tonnes to 2,000 tonnes of cattle feed a month initially in the states Kerala and Tamil Nadu through its existing poultry feed sales network.
