Russia reports increased pace of grain exports
Russia exported 19.887 million tonnes of grain between July 1, the beginning of the current marketing year, and June 5, the Agriculture Ministry said Wednesday (June 10).
The total comprised 16.997 million tonnes of wheat, 2.877 million tonnes of barley and 13,000 tonnes of rye.
Grain exports between June 1 and June 5 totalled 103,000 tonnes, comprising 90,000 tonnes of wheat and 13,000 tonnes of barley.
