Vietnamese feed additives denied entry into China
20 tonnes of Vietnamese plant-derived feed additives were denied entry into China due to a lack of permits at the Xiamen Dongdu port. This is the first batch of feed additives that the Xiamen Inspection and Quarantine Bureau had sent back this year.
China requires all imported feeds and feed additives to register and apply for permits before they can be allowed in. Domestic enterprises that import feeds and feed additives from overseas are strongly encouraged to visit the AQSIQ website often for updated and relevant information so as to avoid having their imports being denied entry unnecessarily.
