Vitamin E prices weak despite improved demand in China

Over the past few weeks, prices were soft.

Buyers restocked depleting inventories of vitamin E during the period in review, but overall demand was not strong enough to push up prices.

Price quotes of locally produced vitamin E reduced to the range of RMB100-103/kg.

Even though feed demand is expected to expand in China, the upward scope of vitamin E market will be limited amid ample supplies.

RMB1=US$0.1631 (Jun 10)
