Vitamex buys total shares of DKSH
The Belgium Based Vitamex group has bought the remaining 50 percent shares from Swiss company DKSH in three Chinese joint ventures.
Vitamex is active in China since 1997 via its joint ventures with DKSH. Now that Vitamex fully owns the joint ventures it can concentrate on further expansion of its premixes activities in China.
