An Giang seafood company to issue over three million shares

Vietnam's An Giang Export and Import Seafood Co (Agifish) plans to issue 3.39 million shares worth VND60.75 billion (US$3.79 million).

Sai Gon Securities Inc will act as underwriter for the three million shares of the company.

Capital raised in the issuance would be used to expand the capacity of the company's two refrigeration plants.

The company also plans to offer a 20 percent dividend payment by issuing additional shares to existing shareholders.
