Vietnam's DPM to provide 130,000 urea fertiliser in June

In order to ease the local market, PetroVietnam Fertiliser and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) or DPM will provide 130,000 tonnes of urea fertiliser in June, state media reported Monday (June 4).

Of the amount, 70,000 tonnes will come from Phu My urea fertiliser plant and the remaining 60,000 tonnes will be from Ca Mau urea fertiliser plant, the Viet Nam newspaper said.

Urea fertiliser produced by Phu My plant will be transported to the northern and central provinces, the newspaper added.

The fertiliser volume is expected to ease the domestic market after fertiliser shortage occurred in some places.
