Pescanova to put in US$71 million in Nicaragua
More than EUR57 million (US$71 million) will be invested in Nicaragua by Spanish fish and seafood group Pescanova to boost its installations there.
According to the company, the foreign investments fund Fondo para Inversiones en el Exterior (Fiex), managed by Spanish governmental investment agency Cofides, will extend it a loan of up to EUR10 million (US$12.4 million).
The investment will allow Pescanova to increase its output in the country.
