Baader Group, a manufacturer of food processing machinery, has completed its 100 percent acquisition of the Linco Group.

With this, Baader Group announced it has become the world's third largest provider of poultry processing systems.

The complete takeover of Linco Group will ensure a lasting stabilisation of Baader's competitiveness, said CEO Petra Baader.

The two companies complement each another in global market presence, process technology, R&D competence and customer service, Baader said, adding that the synergy effects will be used to improve process innovations and customer service.

In addition, Baader plans to realise an unprecedented yield in the field of the fully automatic poultry processing, and increase product range for the Asian market, according to Dr. Peter From, Technical MD of Linco.
