South Korea passes tender for 150,000 non-GM soy
South Korea passed on its second tender to buy 150,000 tonnes of non-GM soy for 2009 arrival due to high prices, an official from Korea Agro-Fisheries Trade Corp said.
The South Korean corporation has yet to decide when to re-issue an auction, the official said.
It has also been seeking six lots of 25,000 tonnes each for arrival between January and July 2009 at the port of Incheon.
