DSM and ADM settle patent dispute

DSM and ADM reached an agreement in a patent dispute concerning DSM's US patents and ADM's Ecotone Phaffia Astaxathin product.

ADM has entered into a license agreement with DSM and will continue to provide the Ecotone product to the market.

Wim Klop, DSM's general manager of Intellectual Property, expressed that DSM values its significant intellectual property portfolio and it is pleased that a settlement was reached with ADM.
