China's methionine imports rise in April
China's methionine imports registered 9,201.17 tonnes in April, up by 331.45 tonnes from March.
Average import price in April was US$4.43/kg, lower by US$0.04/kg compared with the previous month.
Belgium (4,920 tonnes), Japan (2,721.17 tonnes) and France (1,080 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during April.
