Spanish processor reports increased sales

Spanish meat processor, Tradici¨®n Castilla, has reported a 12 percent rise in sales over the last year.

Over the year, sales hit EUR 31 million, which were helped by an increase in business.

The company specialises in the slaughter and processing of beef under the Carnoble brand.

Tradici¨®n Castilla processes cattle from more than 500 cooperative members. The company increased production by more than 8,500 tonnes and increased slaughter numbers by 30,000 last year.
