Mexico to review Tyson compensatory beef duties
Mexico will initiate a review of compensatory duties imposed on US beef originating from Tyson Fresh Meat, according to the Mexican Secretariat of Economy.
The Secretariat proposed the investigated period to be January 1 to December 1, 2008.
All Mexican producers and importers of boneless beef from Tyson who believe they have a legal interest in the case could appear before the Secretariat.
