China sulphate additives prices weak amid soft demands
The inventory pressure of cupric sulphate producers are mounting due to slack demands. Prices are seen stable to lower in the coming period.
Zinc sulphate
The appreciation of renminbi decimated the export demands for China's zinc sulphate, while domestic sales stayed slow as the hog industry suffered heavy losses. Hence, zinc phosphate producers kept prices down to stimulate buying.
Subdued export demand and a weak domestic market will limit the upward potential of zinc sulphate prices.
Manganese sulphate
While manganese ore prices softened, manganese sulphate producers lowered prices in a bid to entice buyers.
To move sales, manganese sulphate producers are unlikely to lift prices while the livestock market stays sluggish.
Ferrous sulphate
Supplies of ferrous sulphate increased in tandem with the production rise of titanium dioxide. Ample supplies weighed on the price of the former together with flat demand.
Abundant supplies and slack demands will likely drag down ferrous sulphate prices in the near term.
