Prices of methionine continued to fall during the week ending May 25.
With the demand for methionine slow, traders cut prices in efforts to move sales.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine slid to the range of RMB48-50/kg.
The demand for poultry feed and hence methionine will remain soft in the coming period, exerting pressure on the market.
