China's methionine import volume rises in April
China's methionine imports in April registered 7,725 tonnes, up by 800 tonnes from March's.
Average import price in March was US$3.10/kg, up by US$0.02/kg compared with the previous month.
Belgium (2,960 tonnes), Japan (2,805 tonnes) and France (920 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during the month in review.
