ADM soy invests in Russia

ADM soy, the world leader in soybean processing and production is planning to invest US$30-35 million in the Russian market of soybean processing products and construct an extensive soybean processing plant. This ties in with the Russian Ministry of Agriculture's program to have at least 20-30 such plants to minimize Russian producers' dependence on imports.
