China Live Hog Weekly: Market climbs higher despite stagnant demand (week ended May 20, 2014)
Though China hog market did not see an increase in pork demand, a decrease in pig production pushed up the market with prices rising further in all regions. Carcass prices rose by 7.71% over the past week.
