Hy-Line new pedigree hatchery in Iowa opens

Poultry layer genetics company Hy-Line recently inaugurated its International Pedigree Hatchery in Perry, Iowa with a Grand Opening Celebration. 

The Hy-Line International Pedigree Hatchery will be under the direction of Production Director Dr. Antonio Paraguassu.  The new facility will be used to produce pedigree and grandparent stock used in Hy-Line's advanced genetic development programme.

The new hatchery represents a significant investment to continue the high quality standards set by the company. With industry-leading incubators and equipment coupled with stringent biosecurity measures, the hatchery is said to be the most up-to-date facility in the industry.
