Singapore to import wheat from Pakistan's National Flour Mills

Pakistan's National Flour Mills, a private firm based in Lahore will export 60,000 tonnes of wheat to Singapore through private importer Cancodia valued at US$212 per tonne.

The exporter is expected to complete the shipment in three phases by June 30.

This is the company's first deal for export from fresh wheat stocks.

The trade is seen to push other private sectors to look for more orders for wheat export as the green light for private firms to buy stocks for export is already on.
