Venezuela's Zulia State Minister for Agriculture, Bladimir Labrador has announced that the country's monthly broiler meat production needs to increase to at least 30,000 tonnes.

In order to strengthen food security and offer entrepreneurs expansion opportunities, the Agricultural Bank of Venezuela has undertaken a poultry sector cost analysis.

From this, a better understanding of broiler farm spending requirement is expected. This knowledge can then be used to fund projects appropriately and increase productivity.
