Nutraferma^® enters into distribution agreement with Carval^® Company
 

Nutraferma, a leading provider of biotech solutions, has entered into a distribution agreement with Carval Company, thus enabling the availability of its products to South American markets.

Carval Company is an animal health and nutrition company based in Cali, Colombia, and is a part of the Carval Group.

Through this agreement, producers in Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, and Mexico will be able to acquire Nutraferma's high-quality feed ingredients and biotech products. Nutraferma utilises solid-state fermentation technology to produce a functional soy-protein ingredient with high protein content and reduced anti-nutritional factors.

"We are very excited about the opportunity to work with Carval Company," said Eric Lohry, president of Nutraferma.  "This new venture will allow producers in the swine, poultry, and aquaculture markets of Latin America to utilise our technology to optimise productivity in their livestock."  Lohry added, "We believe that Carval's commitment to technical support and service excellence makes them a perfect match for our company."

Carval Company will currently be able to distribute Nutraferma's products. The company distributes an extensive line of animal health products to manufacturers in 15 different markets.
