Vietnam's seafood exports to the EU up 74 percent

Seafood exports from Vietnam to the EU have increased by 74 percent. Fish export turnover from the beginning of the year was US$28 million while the total value of seafood exports to EU in 2004 was US$110 million, triple that of 2003.

The EU is Vietnam's second-largest seafood market.
