Formax, a world leader in forming and slicing technologies and part of the Provisur family of brands, has appointed Peter Sun of Shanghai H-Plus Machinery Co, Ltd as its newest representative in China.

Sun is a specialist with nearly 25 years of food processing experience encompassing system integration and application, food technology and international trade. As a country sales manager for a major food equipment company in China, Sun was a leading sales performer.
