Irish Dairy Board Profits Up, Sales Dip

The Irish Dairy Board today posted a 10pc rise in pre-tax profits for 2003, but a 4pc dip in turnover due to falling sales and currency fluctuations.

The Board said pre-tax profits rose to E36m last year while turnover fell to E1,815m.
