The Department of Agriculture is expecting a 10 percent increase in corn output in the first four months of 2013, thanks to good production and good weather. In a report by GMA News, Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala said the ten percent improvement means an additional 2.02 million tonnes from the same period.
