China's methionine imports increase in March
China's methionine imports registered 11,801 tonnes in March, up 65.72% over February levels.
The average import price in February was US$4.06/kg, lower by US$0.18/kg compared with the previous month.
Belgium (5,360 tonnes), Japan (4,743 tonnes), and France (1,360 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during March.
